If you elect to purchase any Chip Outpost Product, Digi-Key Corporation warrants solely to you, as the original purchaser of the Chip Outpost Product from Digi-Key, that the Chip Outpost Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the original invoice date of such Chip Outpost Product. Manufacturers’ warranties do not apply to Chip Outpost Products. Chip Outpost Products are limited in terms of quantity and are not available for backorders.
