Atmel MSL1060The MSL1060 incorporates a current mode PWM boost regulator with a 50 V internal switch and a wide, 4.75 V to 36 V input voltage range. The 1.1 MHz switching frequency enables a small-sized inductor and output capacitors while maintaining high efficiency, low ripple, and low noise.
