Susumu offers the URG series thin-film chip resistors

Image of Susumu's URG Series The URG series of thin-film chip resistors has the reliability-enhanced version of Susumu’s RG series resistors. In addition to providing absolute resistance tolerance of +/-0.01% and a temperature coefficient resistance of +/- 2 ppm, the URG series offers far better reliability than the RG series whose reliability is already significantly higher than other thin-film chip resistors. For example, the maximum drift by load life test and high-temperature exposure test (test method: MIL-PRF-55342/JIS C5201-1) is specified as +/- 0.02% (0.1% for RG series). The URG series provides 2-5 times more stability than the RG series in other reliability tests such as temperature humidity bias, short time overload, and thermal shock.
