INA223 Current Shunt Monitor

Texas Instruments' analog output current/voltage/power monitor with I²C programmable gain and attenuation

INA223 Current Shunt MonitorTexas Instruments' INA223 is a voltage-output device that monitors the current, bus voltage, and power of a supply line by sensing a voltage drop across a shunt at common-mode voltages from 0 V to 26 V. The common-mode voltage range is independent of the supply voltage. The low offset of the Zerø-Drift architecture enables current sensing with maximum drops across the shunt as low as 10 mV, full-scale.

Features Applications
  • Wide common-mode range: 0 V to 26 V
  • ±100 µV offset (max, gain = 300 V/V)
  • Programmable gains
  • Quiescent Current: 250 μA (Max)
  • Notebooks
  • Telecom
  • Servers
  • Industrial
