They provide a dielectric breakdown voltage of 7 KV (DC) and a thermal conductivity of 1.3 W/m-k. These tubes are available in various diameters and lengths appropriate for many standard packages. Custom lengths and sizes are also available from t-Global. GP2000 is UL94VO approved and REACH and ROHS compliant.
