This process allows the designer to gain the advantages of a planar process combined with a trench-like structure. The  result yields a more efficient and denser design. Some MOSFETs come in the previously announced, high current package called H2PAK. The 40 V to 80 V MOSFET portfolio will continue to evolve and expand.
