ROHM's current-mode step-down regulators for point-of-load applications

SLLM™ (Simple Light Load Mode) and synchronous rectification is utilized for low power consumption with high efficiency under all load conditions - even during suspension (non-switching) mode.

Additional features include integrated low ON-resistance power MOSFETs, a current sense/feedback loop that quickly senses load current variations for reduced voltage variation, multiple protection circuits, and a highly integrated structure that minimizes the number of external components required while reducing inductor size. This series is offered in a variety of compact package types, ensuring compatibility with applications of all types.
