QUINT - Power Supply with Maximum System Availability

Quint PowerIndustrial power supply units with SFB (selective fuse breaking) technology provide selective and cost-effective fuse protection for your systems. This is because QUINT POWER trips circuit breakers magnetically and quickly with six times the nominal current.

Constant control cabinet supply

QUINT POWER is the right choice for permanently supplying the control cabinet. Whether in the automotive industry or process technology – you can ensure that production continues uninterrupted.

SFB technology trips circuit breakers

SFB (selective fuse breaking) technology can be used to trip standard circuit breakers quickly and reliably. Faulty current paths are switched off selectively, the fault is located, and important system parts remain in operation. A selection guide in the form of a configuration matrix can be downloaded as a PDF file from the service area. It contains cable lengths, cable cross sections, miniature circuit breakers, and power supply units.

Preventive function monitoring

The output voltage and output current are constantly monitored. Preventive function monitoring visualizes critical operating states and indicates them to the controller before errors can occur.

With its high-power density in narrow housing, UNO POWER is the ideal solution for applications that require up to 100 W of power, particularly in compact control boxes. The product’s high efficiency saves energy and ensures cool and durable control cabinet components.

A high level of product quality ensures a reliable power supply with 48 V DC, 24 V DC, and 12 V outputs. The UNO POWER is designed for low-cost, basic functionality applications. However, with an MTBF of more than 700,000 hours, this option still ranks as one of the most reliable power supplies on the market.

Save energy in buildings

STEP POWER power supply units have been specifically designed for use in installation distributors. Low no-load losses and the high degree of efficiency ensure optimum energy efficiency.

On call 24 hours

Low idling losses are important in cases where the voltage supply unit is essentially on 24-hour call, but only loaded rarely. Examples include motors for blinds or door openers.

Maximum energy efficiency – low idling losses

STEP POWER power supply units for installation distributors offer maximum energy efficiency and very low idling losses. This is thanks to a specially developed ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit).

High degree of efficiency

The quotient of the output real power to the input real power is anything up to 89% and therefore considerably higher than comparable devices. This means that STEP POWER power supply units convert less electrical energy into undesired heat energy.
