Image of Hirose Electric's DF22 SeriesThe DF22 series is a rugged, high-current, board-to-wire connector designed for internal power supply connections. This discrete wire connector has a maximum capacity of 30 amps, a mechanical positive-locking mechanism that emits a clear tactile click after a successful mate, three different keying options, and the ability to be used as an in-line connection. The header is keyed to prevent the contacts from being damaged by incorrect mating, and is offered in three different colors to make identifying each connection easier. Built-in posts prevent reverse insertion onto the PCB and guide the connector into its correct position to be mounted. The DF22 are RoHS compliant and have been listed by the UL, C-UL, and TÜV. Accepts 10-16 AWG.
