The 74LVCxx is the popular "Low Voltage CMOS" logic family that is widely used in computer, communication and consumer electronic applications. Optimized for operation at 3.3 V. The LVC operates over a supply voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5 V, even when Vcc is 3 V allowing the parts to work in mixed voltage applications. The LVC is unique to Diodes with loff circuits. There is no loading on the output pins when the device is powered down with Vcc=0.
