1.  How Do I Place An Order?

If you require assistance real-time "Online Chat" support is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Internet orders entered after 8:00 p.m. CT will be promptly processed and ordinarily shipped the next business day.

Depending on the shipping method, fax orders will be processed and shipped according to the "Orders entered by" times listed under Shipment. Orders received after these cutoff times will ordinarily be processed and shipped the next business day. 2.  When Can I Expect Shipment?

Digi-Key's warehouse is open and staffed Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Time (US), subject to holidays. Orders are shipped only on these business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturday and Sunday will ordinarily be addressed/shipped on the following Monday and included in that day's business.

  • Orders entered by 3:00 p.m. CT - USPS Priority Mail Express (all other USPS options next business day shipment)
  • Orders entered by 8:00 p.m. CT - All FedEx air and surface options
