Communication and Processing ICs

This live webinar will cover timing solutions for three common design challenges present in Internet Infrastructure applications:
  • Ethernet PHYs require multiple reference frequencies. We will reference Marvell’s Alaska family of Ethernet transceivers while showing flexible clock options.
  • Ethernet switches often rely on SyncE and/or 1588 standards to provide synchronization. We will introduce a single chip SyncE solution that simplifies this often complex timing need.
  • Embedded processors designs use complex clock designs to support high-speed interface standards. Using Cavium ARMv8 Processors, we will outline an optimal, simplified clock tree.
