 | | LM5017 100 V Synchronous Buck Regulator
National Semiconductor's LM5017 is a 100 V, 600 mA synchronous step-down regulator with integrated high side and low side MOSFETs. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme employed in the LM5017 requires no loop compensation, provides excellent transient response, and enables very low step-down ratios. The on-time varies inversely with the input voltage resulting in nearly constant frequency over the input voltage range.

 | | LM3407 LED Driver
National Semiconductor's LM3407 is a constant current output floating buck switching converter designed to provide constant current to high power LEDs. The device is ideal for automotive, industrial and general lighting applications. The LM3407 has an integrated power N-MOSFET that makes the application solution compact and simple to implement. An external 1% thick-film resistor allows the converters output voltage to adjust as needed to deliver constant current within 10% accuracy, to a serially connected LED string of varying number and type.
