The purpose of this module is to describe the specific features of the Compare Match Timer (CMT) peripheral on the RX series of MCUs.  This presentation will explain the block diagram of the CMT.  Additionally, the detailed timing of the interrupt generation will be discussed. Finally, some CMT usage notes will be provided to aid the user in development.
